How we work
We are motivated by a shared passion for driving the net zero transition. Decades of scientific research, vast experience in technology development and an entrepreneurial spirit combine to meet these aims.
Our team is:
Science led: We put scientific research into our belief in its ability to solve problems at the heart of our growth
Innovative: We apply our imagination and creativity to deliver results that reflect our commitment to sustainability and environmental excellence
Smart: We take a focused approach which allows us to be responsive and practical as we find solutions to real world challenges
Collaborative: We believe our impact will be felt most effectively when we collaborate and work well with others - our teams and our global partners
Where we work
Our Technology Centre is in Cambridge - a city at the forefront of science and technology.
A short distance from the city centre, our headquarters is home to our unique and patented technology and state-of-the-art lab facilities. It acts as the central hub for our pioneering research and development.
Thanks to our significant growth and investment, over recent years we have expanded and renovated our office to create a modern, functional, and inspiring place to work.
Flexibility to do your best work
We know how important it is to have a good work-life balance. We also understand that flexibility means different things to different people.
We aim to provide a working pattern that suits the individual whenever we can. The office does have typical hours, but we offer flexibility as standard and many of our team also work a hybrid pattern, balancing time between home and the office.
Our approach to flexibility also extends to contract variations to support your needs. For example, working parents could match work hours to school hours or have a term-time contract.
